Teri Rajput Diary & Dhaba & Sweet Mart

Our place is located on the Ghorpadi Memnagar Road, right near the Bhuyangdev Cross Road at 3 4. It’s a bit of a mix of everything here. We’ve got the dairy part, the dhaba where people eat, and then the sweet mart section as well. It stays pretty chaotic most of the time because someone is always coming in for milk while someone else wants a full meal or a box of sweets. The kitchen is almost never quiet. You can hear the pans clanking and the stove going from early morning until late at night. We get a lot of travelers and people living nearby because of where we are situated on the crossroad. It’s a dusty area, but we try to keep the seating area as tidy as possible for the folks who stop to eat. My cousins and I run the show, and it’s a lot of shouting back and forth to get the orders right. We don’t have any fancy menus or anything. Most people already know what we have before they even sit down. The milk comes in fresh every day, and that’s a whole process on its own to manage. During the festivals, it gets even crazier with people lining up for sweets. We don’t really have a moment to breathe then. It’s just a busy, local family-run spot that’s been on this road for a while. We just keep doing what we do every day.
