We are located out in Shivane, specifically at Survey No 77/5. It is right behind the Vishnumalti Industrial Estate on NDA Road. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city, but it is a good spot for what we do at Technogem Engineers Pvt Ltd. We have plenty of space here for our equipment and the materials we need for our engineering projects. The area is mostly industrial, so there is always the sound of workshops and trucks in the background. Our building is simple and functional. We do not spend money on decorations or fancy signs. Most of our budget goes into the tools and keeping the machines in good shape. My team is a bunch of hardworking folks who know their way around an engine and a blueprint. We have been at this location for a while, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Sometimes the road gets dusty, especially in the dry season, but we do not mind. We focus on the precision of our work and making sure every piece we manufacture meets the right standards. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team where everyone has to pull their weight. It is a lot of physical work and long hours, especially when we have a big order to fill. But at the end of the day, we are proud of what we build here in Shivane.
