Swaraj Palace & Lawns

Swaraj Palace & Lawns is located at Uruli Devachi on the 2nd Floor of a building on F C Road. We have been in this area for quite some time now, and we mostly focus on providing space for people to host their events. It is a large property with lawns that we try to keep green throughout the year. The office is upstairs on the second floor where we handle all the bookings and talk to people about their plans. It is not a very corporate setup, just a few desks and chairs where we sit down and figure out the dates. F C Road can get very busy with traffic, but the lawns are tucked away enough that it feels a bit different once you are inside the gates. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising or have a big marketing team. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in the 412308 area. We spend our mornings checking the grass and making sure the lights are working for the evening. It’s a lot of manual work to keep a place this size looking decent. We have seen all kinds of celebrations here, from small birthdays to much larger gatherings. We just provide the space and let people do their own thing. It’s a practical business and we try to keep things running as smoothly as we can every day.
