This place is situated at 860 Dastur Meher Road, right in the heart of the Camp area in Pune. It’s a very old and busy part of the city. We are quite close to the Dorabjee Hotel, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Being on the main road means there is never any silence. You have the sound of horns and people talking all day and late into the night. We have rooms for people who are visiting Pune for work or just passing through. It’s a simple guest house setup. We don't have those fancy lobbies with big chandeliers. It’s just a basic desk where we check people in. My days are spent mostly checking on the rooms, seeing if the cleaning is done, or talking to the laundry guy. The building is older, so it has its own character and sometimes its own problems with the pipes or the wiring. We just fix things as they come up. Many of our guests have been coming here for years because they like being in the middle of Camp. Everything you need is within walking distance, from the markets to the food stalls. It’s a bit worn out in places, but it’s a clean and honest place to stay. We don't try to be something we are not. It's just us running a small place in a very busy neighborhood.
