Our place is in A-24, over in the H-Block of Pimpri. If you know Pimpri, you know it is all about factories and workshops. It is a very industrial part of town and our building fits right in with the rest of them. We have a lot of heavy metal parts and fitness machines lying around in various stages of being put together or fixed. The floor is concrete and usually has a few oil spots here and there. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons under the metal roof but we have a few big fans that keep the air moving a little bit. We are not a fancy gym or a showroom with mirrors and bright lights. This is where the actual work happens. Most of the time we are wearing work clothes that are a bit stained because that is just the nature of the job. We have a small office space partitioned off with some plywood where we handle the phone calls and the bills. It is often noisy with the sound of welding or grinding coming from the main area. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, just yell for someone or walk over to the desk. We are just a group of people who know how to work with machines and we have been doing it here in H-Block for a long time. It is hard work but we are used to it.
