Sulakshana Foods

Sulakshana Foods is located at number 3, inside Phulebang Society. We are right on Shanu College Road, which is always busy with people and traffic. It’s an interesting place to be because you see all sorts of folks passing by every day. Our setup isn't like a big industrial factory. We work out of a smaller space that feels much more like a home than an office. We spend most of our hours in the kitchen and the prep area, making sure everything is handled the right way. There’s always a lot of activity, especially in the mornings when we’re getting things ready. It can get a bit hectic with all the pots and pans, but we have our own way of doing things that works for us. We aren't a big corporate team with suits and meetings. We’re just regular people who enjoy working with food and being part of this local community. The neighbors in Phulebang Society are used to us being here by now. Sometimes the smell of what we're cooking drifts out into the street, which I think is a good thing. We keep our workspace clean and tidy, but it definitely looks like a place where real work happens. It’s not a polished showroom or anything like that. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep up with the demand. Being on Shanu College Road keeps us connected to everything, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It's just us, doing our thing at number 3.
