Sukh Sagar Restaurants

This place is located on the ground floor of Nucleus Mall, specifically in the food court area. We are right in the middle of the Camp area in Pune, just opposite the GPO and near the Commissioner’s office. Being in a mall is a bit different from a standalone shop. It’s always noisy with the air conditioning humming and people walking past with shopping bags. We opened up in shop 14 and 15 because it felt like a good spot where people working in the nearby offices could grab something. During the lunch hour, it gets really crowded. We spend most of our time just trying to keep up with the tickets coming in. My uncle started this because he wanted a place that was easy for people to find while they were out doing their errands. It isn't a fancy sit-down restaurant with waiters in suits. It’s more about getting your food and finding a seat in the common area. We have to deal with the mall security and the rules they have, which can be a bit much sometimes. But the location is good because everyone knows where the GPO is. We see a lot of students too, since there are colleges nearby. Most days go by in a blur of cleaning trays and handing out orders. It’s just a regular business trying to stay afloat like everyone else in the city. There isn't much more to it than that.
