Living and working around 41560 Kothrud on Paud Road means you get used to the constant hum of the city. We are located in Pratibha Gharkul, which is a place that feels more like a home than a stiff office. The building has been here for years, and we have sort of settled into the corners of it. It is not the kind of place with glass walls or fancy elevators. Instead, you get real walls and a bit of dust if we haven't dusted in a few days. The walk up to the space is familiar to everyone who visits us regularly. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents, sitting at mismatched desks that have seen better days. Outside, the Paud Road traffic is always moving, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. It can be hard to find parking nearby, so we usually tell people to come early or take a rickshaw. Inside, the atmosphere is relaxed. We don't wear suits or act like we are in a boardroom. It is just Suhas and the rest of the group trying to keep the work moving along. We have our own way of doing things, and it usually involves a lot of talking things through until they make sense. It is just a regular local spot where the work actually gets done.
