Srujann Food Engieering Pvt. Ltd. is located in the MIDC area of Bhosari, specifically at J-517. If you know the industrial zone, you know it’s a lot of sheds and warehouses. That’s where we are. We build machines for food processing. It’s loud, there’s a lot of welding going on, and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings. We aren't a big corporate office; we are a workshop. Most of the guys here have grease on their hands by ten in the morning. We take the designs and turn them into actual stainless steel equipment. Bhosari can be quite dusty, especially in the summer. Our unit isn't huge, but we have enough space for the lathes and the assembly area. We don't have a receptionist. Usually, if the bell rings, someone from the shop floor wipes their hands and goes to see who it is. We’ve been doing this for a while now. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the building. We focus on making sure the welds are solid and the motors run right. It’s practical work. People send us drawings, and we figure out how to make them real. It’s not always pretty, but the machines work well once they are finished. We just keep our heads down and do the fabrication work that comes in.
