Soyrik Garden

Soyrik Garden is out here on Wagholi Mithakali Six Road. If you know the area, you probably know Hotel Kaveri; we are right near that spot. The place has quite a bit of space, mostly outdoors which is nice when the weather isn’t too hot in the afternoon. A lot of time goes into just keeping the plants alive and making sure the tables are wiped down properly before people show up for dinner. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy. My cousins and I handle most of the daily work. Sometimes the music is a bit loud from the neighbors, but that’s just how things go around here. People come by mostly in the evenings when the lights are on. There are a few regular families who have been coming for a long time. The kitchen stays pretty busy on weekends, so it gets a bit chaotic back there with all the shouting and pans clanking. Our setup doesn't include a big corporate office or anything. It’s just this spot. Keeping things clean and the food hot is the main goal. Sometimes certain items run out early if the market didn’t have what we needed in the morning. That’s just part of running a place like this. The dust from the road can be a bit of a pain, so we are always sweeping. It’s just us doing our thing every day to make sure the place stays open and ready.
