Soy

We've been here at Bund Garden Road for a while now. Most people know the name Soy around this part of town. It’s not a big fancy place, just a spot where we show up every morning and get things ready. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years, but we’re still in the same building. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially in the evenings, but inside it’s just us doing our usual work. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People mostly just walk in because they live nearby or work in one of the offices down the street. It’s funny how you get used to the same view every day. We know the regular faces and who likes to sit where. The name is simple, just Soy, which makes it easy to remember I guess. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No big corporate meetings or fancy uniforms, just regular clothes and getting the job done. If you're ever walking down Bund Garden Road and see our sign, that’s us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a local place run by people who live around here. It’s been a long journey from when we first opened the doors, and every day is a bit different, even if the routine stays mostly the same. We just keep the lights on and wait for the day to start. It's a lot of hours but it's what we do.
