Sonali Restaurant & bar

If you’re driving down Pune Satara Road, you might have seen us at Saluja Chambers. We’re in Bibvewadi, right near the City Pride theater. Sonali Restaurant & bar is basically a local spot where people from Pune come to sit down after a long day. Being at Survey No 692/A puts us right in the middle of a lot of activity. It gets quite loud around here when a big movie lets out at the theater nearby. I’ve worked here for a bit, and I’ve seen all kinds of people walk through those doors. Some just want a quick bite while others stay for a few drinks. The weather in Pune stays nice most of the year, so that helps. We don't do anything too complicated. It’s just about serving food and drinks in a way that makes sense for the neighborhood. Finding us isn't hard if you know where the theater is. We have a lot of regulars from the Bibvewadi area who come in once or twice a week. It’s a decent place to be situated. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on weekends, but that’s expected. We just try to keep up with the orders and make sure everyone gets their food. It’s a straightforward business, no frills really. We have been part of this street for quite a few years now and know the rhythms.
