Sindhudurga Snacks Center

It’s a small place here in Chinchwadagaon at A Wing on L N Road 15. Most days start pretty early when the streets are still quiet and the air is a bit cool. We get things moving by cleaning the counters and getting the gas going. It’s not a big fancy setup, just a regular snack center where people stop by when they’re hungry or just want a quick break. The kitchen gets hot by noon and the smell of oil and spices stays in our clothes all day. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients, chopping whatever needs to be chopped, and making sure everything is ready for the afternoon rush. L N Road stays busy with people going to work or heading home, so there’s always someone walking past the door. The tables are basic and we don’t have much in the way of decoration, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when it’s crowded, but we try to keep up with it as best as we can. Being in A Wing means we see a lot of the same neighbors every single morning. It’s a repetitive kind of life, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just keeping the stove lit and the plates moving. If you walk down the road near number 15, you’ll probably see us there, just working through the usual daily pile of dishes and orders.
