Shyam Kulkarni

If you find yourself near the Navipeth Petrol Pump, you're pretty much right across from where I work. My place is in Rajdoot Apartment, over in Buvaneshwari Nagar within Sadashiv Peth. I go by Shyam Kulkarni, and this is where I’ve set up my professional space at house number 267. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels a lot more relaxed than those big office blocks downtown. I like the area because it’s central but still has that neighborhood feel. You might see me grabbing a tea nearby or just standing outside the apartment for a break. I don't use any big signs or flashy lights to get attention. Most people who come here already know what they need and they know where to find me. The apartment can be a bit tricky to spot if it's your first time, but once you see the petrol pump across the road, you're there. I’ve lived and worked around Sadashiv Peth for a long time, so I know the streets like the back of my hand. The workspace isn't huge, but it's enough for what I do. I handle my own appointments and keep my own books. It's a one-man show for the most part, which lets me keep things simple and direct. No meetings that last forever, just getting the job done for whoever stops by. It is a quiet way to make a living and it suits me.
