Siddhakala Food Products

Down in Sukhsagar Nagar, specifically in Lane No. 9, is where we spend our days making food products. It is mostly a residential area, so the whole place feels very local and familiar to us. You can usually smell whatever we are cooking or grinding before you even get to the front door of Pranav. We handle a lot of traditional snacks and basic ingredients that people use in their kitchens every day. It is a very hands-on job, and it gets quite messy at times with flour and spices getting everywhere. I am often in the back checking on the latest batches or making sure the packaging machine is sealing the bags correctly. It is a family-run kind of operation, not a giant factory with huge machines doing all the work. We still do a lot of things by hand because that is how we originally learned to do it. The space we have here in Sukhsagar Nagar No. 2 is cozy, maybe a bit too small when we have a big order to get out, but we always manage to find a way. Katraj is a busy part of town, but our specific lane stays a bit quieter than the main road. I don't spend much time sitting in an office; I would much rather be where the food is being made. We don't bother with fancy labels or marketing tricks. People buy from us because they know how the food tastes. It is just hard, honest work.
