Shri Ram Bharti

Shri Ram Bharti is located over in Bhosari on 6th Main Road. Specifically, we are at Maruthi Extension 24. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stand but people find us. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The building is older, and the plumbing acts up sometimes. We just deal with it. It’s a family-run kind of thing. Not many employees, just a few relatives helping out when it gets busy. 6th Main Road sees a lot of traffic. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside so we’re always wiping down the tables. It’s a never-ending job. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name Shri Ram Bharti. We serve what we have for the day. If we run out, we run out. We don’t like wasting food so we don’t make too much. Some people ask why we don’t expand, but this size is enough for us at Maruthi Extension 24. It’s manageable. We know the neighbors. The shop next door sells hardware, so we see a lot of workmen. They come in for a break. We listen to the radio mostly. It keeps the background noise from the street from being too loud. We open early and close when the sun goes down. It’s a quiet life in Bhosari mostly. We’re just happy to have the shop.
