We are based at shop number 44 on Lamington Road in Kothrud, not too far from Jog Hospital. Our day usually involves a lot of planning for local events and weddings. We aren't the type of designers you see on TV; we just help people make their venues look nice with what they have. There are always rolls of fabric, some lights, and different decorative pieces lying around the shop. It looks a bit messy to some, but it’s just how we work. We talk to people about what they want for their function and then we try to put it together. It’s a lot of back-and-forth because everyone has different ideas. We don't have a big corporate office or anything, just this small workspace where we do all our thinking and prep. Lamington Road is a busy place, so we are always in the middle of the local buzz. Sometimes we stay late to finish a backdrop or fix some flowers. We’ve worked on many small parties and some bigger ones too over the years. We don't use a lot of fancy words to sell ourselves, we just show people what we've done before. Most of our business comes from people who saw our work at their neighbor's house. It’s a small, local business and we just take it one day at a time, making sure things look good for the client before the event starts.
