We operate out of Poona Guest House on Laxmi Road. It’s right near the City Post Ganpati Chowk in Budhwar Peth. This part of Pune is always packed with people shopping and moving around. We’ve been doing catering work for a long time now. It started small, just helping out with local functions and family gatherings. Laxmi Road is a landmark itself, so people usually find our office easily. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s an old-school Pune setup. Most of our work happens at the venues where the events are, but the planning starts here in Budhwar Peth. We handle the pots, the pans, and the staff. It’s a lot of lifting and moving things around. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or relatives who used us before. That’s how it works in a city like this. We know how important a function is for a family, so we just try to get the food there on time. There’s a lot of pressure when you’re catering for a big group, but we are used to it by now. The Ganpati Chowk area is always noisy, but it’s home for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next order. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We like being part of the city's traditions.
