Shree Radhakrishna Mangal Karyalaya

Our place, the Mangal Karyalaya, is situated in the Alandi Devachi Old Bazar area in Khadki, Pune. This is where people come when they have a wedding, a family gathering, or some kind of local function that needs a bit of space. We have a hall that has seen a lot of events over the years. It is a traditional kind of spot, and we keep it pretty straightforward for the families who book it. Being in the Old Bazar means there is a lot of history around us, and it’s a familiar neighborhood for most people in Pune. We spend a lot of our time moving chairs around, cleaning the floors after a big party, and making sure the lights and fans are working like they should. It can get very noisy when there is a band playing or a lot of guests talking at once, but that is the point of a place like this. We aren't a big corporate event center; we are just a local hall where neighbors and families get together. My staff helps out with the basic setup, and we try to stay out of the way so the families can enjoy their day. It’s a lot of physical work, especially during the wedding season when we have events back to back. We just take it one day at a time and keep the place ready for the next group.
