Shree Krishna Snacks Centre

Shree Krishna Snacks Centre is over in Pimple Saudagar. We are located at C/O A 2, which is a bit of a specific address but locals know the area well enough. We mostly do quick snacks for people who are on their way to work or coming home late. Pimple Saudagar has become so crowded lately with all the new buildings, so there is never a dull moment. We start our day very early to get the first batches of food ready for the breakfast time. It is a lot of frying and steaming in a small space. We don't have a big team, just a few of us doing everything from cooking to cleaning the tables. The place isn't big, but we make it work. We have our regulars who come in every single morning for the same thing. It is nice to see the same faces. We don't really bother with fancy menus or anything like that. We just have what we have for the day. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a busy Friday. That's just how it goes here. We keep it simple and just focus on the daily routine of running a snack center. It's a lot of standing on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. Some days the rain makes things a bit messy outside, but people still come in to get out of the wet and have something to eat. We don't do anything special, just show up every day and do the work that needs doing.
