Shravan Restaurant

We’ve been here on F.C. Road for quite a while now. If you know Shivaji Nagar, you know how busy it gets, especially in the evenings when everyone is out walking and shopping. Our place at 1145 is just a regular spot where people come to eat without much fuss. I usually get in early to make sure everything is ready before the college kids start showing up. It gets loud sometimes, but that’s just how it is around here. We don’t really do fancy stuff. The tables are basic, the menu is what it is, and we just try to keep up with the orders as they come in. Sometimes the traffic outside is so noisy you can barely hear yourself talk, but inside we just focus on the food. My cousin helps me out with the billing, and we have a couple of guys in the back who have been with us since the start. We’ve seen the street change a lot over the years, new shops coming and going, but we’re still sitting right here. It’s a lot of work, honestly. Every morning is the same routine with the vegetable delivery and getting the stoves going. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s just a simple restaurant for people who are hungry and happen to be near Shivaji Nagar. We keep things moving, wash the dishes, and do it all again the next day.
