Shilpa Shashank Divekar

My name is Shilpa and along with Shashank, we run things here at Swastik Industrial Estate in Aundh. We are located over on SB Marg, specifically in the Radha Apartment building at number 5. It’s a bit of a mix around here, with the industrial side of things right next to where people live. Our space isn't huge, but it works for what we need to get done every day. Aundh is a busy part of town, but our little corner in the industrial estate stays fairly steady. We spend most of our time at the desk or handling whatever paperwork comes in. It’s not the kind of place that has a big reception desk or shiny signs. Most people who come to see us are looking for the apartment specifically because it’s tucked away a bit. The stairs can be a little steep and the parking is sometimes a headache if you arrive at the wrong time, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep a simple schedule and try to stay organized, though some days are more cluttered than others. It is just us here, working through the daily tasks without much fuss. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighborhood has changed around us, but we’re still here in Radha Apartment doing our bit and keeping the office open for business.
