Our office is located at 2056 Shaniwar Peth, inside a place called Sanskruti Mantra. This is in the Sadashiv Peth area, which is a very old and traditional part of Pune. If you know these Peths, you know the lanes are narrow and the buildings are close together. Sham Maniyar works from here, helping people with their money and stuff. It's a quiet office compared to the main roads. We don't have a bunch of fancy screens or a big board. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers. Shaniwar Peth has a certain feel to it, very peaceful but busy in its own way. We've got neighbors who have been here for decades. Sadashiv Peth is known for its culture, and we like being part of that. Sometimes it is hard to find parking near Sanskruti Mantra, so people usually walk or take a two-wheeler. We spend a lot of time looking over numbers and talking to people about their future. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone. It is just straightforward advice. The office stays cool because of the old building style. We like the routine of coming here every morning and seeing the same faces on the street. It’s a comfortable place to do business without all the flash. We just take it one person at a time and try to be helpful.
