This school is located on Chesson Road in Pune City. Even though the name mentions Panchgani, this is where we are based for this branch. Pune is a big place, but Chesson Road has its own little atmosphere. The building for Shalom International School And Junior College Panchgani is pretty easy to spot. It’s a busy place with both a school and a junior college running out of the same location. This means there is always someone coming or going. The hallways can get a bit loud during the breaks, but that's just part of having so many students in one place. We have the usual setup you’d expect—desks, chairs, and some administrative offices near the front. It’s a practical building, not something out of a magazine. We deal with the typical Pune weather, so some days are drizzly and others are quite bright. The staff here are mostly local people who know the city well. We spend our days making sure the classes run on time and the students are where they should be. It’s a lot of coordination, to be honest. Being on Chesson Road means we are fairly central, so it’s easy for parents to reach us. It’s just a regular school day for us most of the time, keeping things moving and making sure the building is locked up properly at the end of the evening.
