It belongs to Mr. Bansi M Batara, and that’s where we handle a lot of the back-end stuff. It’s a quiet residential building, so it doesn't feel like a school or a big office at all. When you walk up the stairs, you might hear a neighbor's TV or the sound of someone cooking lunch next door. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and files everywhere related to the school operations in Indore. It’s a bit of a strange setup, having an Indore school’s contact point in a Pune flat, but it’s how things are arranged for us right now. The light in the rooms is okay, but we mostly keep the curtains drawn to stay cool. There’s a small kitchen where we make coffee during the breaks. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. You just knock on the door and walk in. We spend the day calling people, checking student records, and making sure the paperwork for Indore is in order. It’s a very low-key environment. Sometimes the society kids play in the hallway, which can be a bit loud when we’re on the phone. We just keep our heads down and do the work daily.
