Seven Loves Restaurant & Bar

You can find Seven Loves Restaurant & Bar over on Shankar Sheth Road in Pune, right near the flyover bridge. It’s a very busy area with cars and bikes zooming past all day long. We’ve been here at Survey No 389 for a while now. The place has a bar and a seating area for food, and it’s usually quite full in the evenings after people finish work. We aren't a fancy lounge with bright lights and loud music; it’s more of a traditional spot where you can just sit and relax. The interior is a bit older, with wooden tables and simple chairs. We don't have a huge staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it's serving drinks or clearing tables. It’s hard work, especially on weekends when the crowd gets bigger. We try to keep the atmosphere calm, though the noise from the flyover is always there in the background. My partners and I take turns managing the floor. We buy our supplies from the local distributors every week. We don't put out ads or try to be something we aren't. It’s just a place for people to have a drink and some food without any drama. Most of our customers are regulars who live nearby or work in the city. It’s a steady business and we like the routine of it all. We open up in the afternoon and stay until late night, just making sure everything stays in order and the kitchen is clean for the next shift.
