Savarkar Vinayak Murleedhar

We are located at 2 Kothrud on Strand Road, right near where Cummins India has their big setup. I’m Savarkar Vinayak Murleedhar, and this is where I spend most of my days. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune, very busy but it still feels like a proper neighborhood. The office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a place to get the work done without any fuss. Being so close to the Cummins factory means there is always movement on the road outside. Lots of workers and trucks passing by all the time. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a simple setup inside with just the essentials. No big leather chairs or glass walls here. We prefer it that way because it keeps things straightforward. Most of our neighbors are also small businesses or people who have lived here for decades. It creates a bit of a community feel. You can grab a quick snack at the corner shop and everyone knows your name. The walk from the main road isn't too long, so it's easy for people to find us. We don't spend money on big advertisements. We just rely on being here and doing what we do every day. If you ever find yourself near Strand Road, you’ll probably see our door.
