You can find us at the Sanskriti Society in Wakad, Pune. We are in Flat A-103. Sattvatattva Food Products is the name we went with. It’s a bit of a mouthful, we know. We are right near Chatrapati Chawk in Kaspate Wasti. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a cold office. We make food products right here. It’s a small operation. We started this because we wanted to do something real. There’s no corporate ladder here. We all just pitch in. Some days we are packing bags, other days we are testing out new recipes. We don't have a big factory. It’s more of a kitchen-based setup where we take our time. The neighborhood is pretty lively. We see the same people walking their dogs every morning. We like being part of the community. We don’t use any fancy sales talk. If the food is good, people buy it. That’s our whole approach. Sometimes we run out of space for all the jars and packets. We just stack them up and keep going. It’s a bit messy, but it’s a good kind of busy. We aren't looking to become some massive chain. We just like making things people enjoy eating. It’s a simple life and we’re happy with it. Most of our work happens on the big wooden table in the middle of the room. We drink a lot of coffee while we figure out the weekly schedule.
