Sai Rasvanti

Sai Rasvanti is our little shop located at House No. 24 on the Old Mumbai Pune Road in Bopodi. We are very close to Bopodi Chowk, so the road is always busy with cars, bikes, and buses flying past. It gets quite loud and dusty out there, but that is the reality of being on such a major road. We focus mostly on fresh drinks, the kind that people look for when they want a quick refresh during a commute. It is a small place, and most of our work happens right out front where people can see what we are doing. We spend a lot of time cleaning the machines and making sure everything is hygienic. The mornings are spent getting the ingredients ready and setting up for the day. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the road. We don't have any fancy seating or air conditioning for customers, it is more of a stop-and-go kind of place. People from the nearby offices and the local residents are our main regulars. We have been at this Bopodi location for a while, and we have seen the area change quite a bit. Despite the changes, our daily routine stays mostly the same. We just keep serving what we have and trying to stay ahead of the rush hours. It is hard work, but being part of the Bopodi Chowk buzz is interesting.
