Sahare Dining Hall

Sahare Dining Hall is situated at Survey No 5 on Sadhu Vaswani Road, right near Pune Station. We are just opposite the Grand Post Office, so it’s easy to find if you’re around there. I usually start the day pretty early to get everything moving. The area is always crowded with people getting off trains or heading to the post office. It gets quite noisy with all the traffic outside, but we just focus on the cooking inside. We’ve been at this spot for a long time now. It’s a simple place with regular tables and chairs. We don't do any fancy decor or anything like that. People come in, eat their meal, and go about their day. We see a lot of different people, from students to office workers and travelers. Sometimes we run out of things if a big group comes in unexpectedly, but we just manage with what’s left. The kitchen is always busy during the lunch hours. I spend most of my time making sure the food is ready and the place is clean enough. It’s a lot of work, and some days are harder than others when the heat gets to be too much. We don't have a big mission or anything. We just keep the doors open and serve whoever walks in. It’s a small, local business and that’s how we like it. We just try to get through the daily rush without too much trouble.
