Ronak Sweets

Ronak Sweets is found in the Hadapsar Jaffar Bhai Industrial Estate near Marol Naka 1. Being in an industrial estate means most of our customers are people working in the factories and warehouses around here. We open early so the workers can grab something on their way in. The shop is simple and we focus on having things ready to go quickly. We spend a lot of time in the back prep area where it gets quite warm from the stoves. We make a variety of sweets and savory snacks that we display in the glass cases up front. It is a bit of a dusty area because of all the trucks moving around the estate but we try our best to keep the shop interior clean and presentable. We have a routine of cleaning the counters every hour or so. The space isn't very large so we have to be organized with how we store our supplies like sugar and flour. Most of our day is spent either cooking or serving people who are on their lunch breaks. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights just a plain shop front that people know. It is a straightforward business and we stay busy because there are so many workers nearby who need a snack or a box of sweets to take home. We just keep doing what we do every day and making sure the trays are never empty.
