Ronak Sweets

Ronak Sweets is located over at Shradha Chambers on Jai Hind Cross Road in Parvati. We’ve been at this spot for some time now, just making sweets and snacks for the people in the neighborhood. The shop isn't very big, but we pack a lot into the counters every morning. My brother and I get here early to start the batches. It’s a lot of stirring and watching the heat so nothing burns. People stop in mostly on their way home from work or when there's a small gathering at their house. We have the usual things you’d expect to find in a sweet shop around here. The street outside can get a bit loud with all the traffic, but inside we just keep busy with the trays. We don't do anything fancy with the packaging, just the standard boxes. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We know many of our customers by name because they've been coming here for years. Sometimes the flour gets everywhere and the floor needs constant sweeping, but that’s just part of the job. We stay open until late evening most days. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. If you are near 63-33 Shradha Chambers, you’ll find us easily enough. We aren't hard to spot once you turn onto the cross road. We hope to stay here a long time.
