Ronak Sweet Mart

You can find Ronak Sweet Mart over on Kharadi Road, right near the Katraj Bidi Kamgar area. It is a very busy spot with a lot of cars and trucks passing by all day long. We opened this place because we noticed there weren't many options for fresh sweets in this specific section of the road. It is a humble setup with just a few glass cases and a small storage area tucked in the back. We spend most of our hours back there, keeping a close eye on the boiling milk. It is very easy to burn the sweets if you aren't paying attention, so we try to stay focused even when it is hot. We make a variety of things, mostly the kind of stuff that families around here like to buy. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous shop in Pune. We just want to make sure we have enough stock for the people who stop by on their commute home. The dust from the main road can be a bit of a hassle, so we are constantly wiping down the counters and the glass windows. It is just a few of us working here, usually family members helping out when things get really busy. We don't have many rules, just that we show up and do the work right. The neighborhood is full of energy, and we feel like we fit in.
