Revathys Yummy Chocolates

I started this chocolate thing right here in Hadapsar a few years ago. It wasn't really a big plan or anything, I just liked making sweets for the kids and neighbors. Eventually, more people started asking for boxes of them, so I had to find a proper space to work. It gets pretty busy around the holidays, especially with the heat we get here. Keeping chocolate from melting is always a struggle, but we manage. My sister helps out sometimes when there are too many orders to finish alone. We don't have fancy machines, mostly just hand-dipping and wrapping things on the kitchen table or the small counter we set up. The shop smells like cocoa most mornings, which is nice, but after ten hours, you kind of get used to it. People stop by on their way home from work to pick up a small bag of truffles or those nut clusters everyone likes. We try to keep things simple and use decent ingredients we can find locally. Sometimes the wrapping isn't perfect, but the taste is what people come back for. It's just a small local spot, nothing like the big brands you see in the malls. We know most of our regulars by name now. It’s a lot of washing pots and cleaning up spilled sugar, but it keeps us going. If you're walking around Hadapsar and see the sign, that's us. Just a basic setup where we make what we like to eat.
