Relitech

Relitech is based over in Ganeshkhind, specifically in Yashwant Ghade Nagar at house number 5. It is a decent enough area in Pune, and it feels a bit more relaxed than the busy city center. The office is not very big, but it fits everyone comfortably enough. We have our computers and all the equipment we need to get through the day. Usually, the morning starts with a bit of cleaning up before we settle into whatever tasks are waiting for us. Since we are in a residential-looking patch, it is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. You might see a few people walking their dogs or kids coming back from school while we are working away. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. There are some files on the shelves and maybe a calendar on the wall. We mostly deal with technical stuff, so there is a lot of staring at screens and discussing how to fix certain things. Sometimes we sit out for a few minutes to get some air when the weather is nice. Pune has good weather for that. It is just a regular work life for us here. We handle what comes in, talk to the people who need help, and close up when the work is finished. It is a straightforward way to run a business without any unnecessary complications or fancy corporate talk.
