You can find us over at Sanas Plaza, which is Survey No 1302. We are in the Subhash Nagar area of Pune. It’s a pretty central spot, so we see all kinds of people coming through the doors. The plaza itself has been around for a bit and we’ve been part of it for a while now. Some days are incredibly hectic, especially when there’s a game on or it’s a Friday night. We have the bar section and the restaurant side, and keeping both running at the same time takes a lot of effort from everyone. The kitchen can get really hot in the afternoons. We don't have a very big team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything, from cleaning tables to checking the inventory. The furniture is a bit worn out in places but it's comfortable enough. We don't put on any airs here. People come in, they have their drinks or their food, and they go about their day. Pune City is always growing and changing, but this corner of Subhash Nagar feels pretty familiar to us. We’ve had the same delivery guys for ages. Sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble because the building is older, but we fix it and keep going. It’s just a regular local business, nothing more and nothing less. We’re usually here until late at night.
