Ravindra D Karnani

We are based at F-16 in Chinchwad. It is a straightforward place in a part of town that is always moving. Ravindra D Karnani has been operating from this unit for a good while. Chinchwad has that mix of residential and industrial energy that you don't find everywhere. Our spot is pretty basic. There is a heavy door and some sturdy shelves inside. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We spend most of our time just focusing on the tasks at hand rather than how the office looks. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that makes it a little quieter than being right on the front. We have a small desk where we handle all the paperwork. The floor is concrete and easy to keep clean. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit outside for a bit. There’s a small shop nearby that sells decent snacks and tea. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one wears suits here. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. The neighborhood is full of small workshops and people who work hard. It feels like the right place for us to be. It’s honest and practical, which is how we like things.
