Rammohan Balwant Alurkar

Located over at 26B Pashanbaner Link Road, specifically in the 3rd Lane of Gulabshah Estate. That's where Rammohan Balwant Alurkar is set up. This part of town has changed a lot over the years, getting busier and having more buildings go up every month it seems. Our spot in the third lane is a bit quieter than being right on the main link road, which I actually prefer. It makes it easier for people to park their scooters or cars without getting stuck in that main road congestion. The estate has a mix of different small offices and some residents too. Finding us can be a little tricky the first time because the lanes all look similar, but if you look for the Gulabshah sign, it’s not too bad. I spend most of my day right here. It’s a plain office, nothing like those big corporate buildings in the IT parks. I’ve got my desk, some chairs for when people come in to talk, and the usual paperwork piled up on the side. The breeze is quite nice in the evenings when the sun starts going down behind the hills near Pashan. It's a good place to work without too much distraction. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how I like my chai. It’s just a normal, everyday setup where we try to stay busy and keep things moving along without any fuss.
