R R Kapoors Infraprojects Pvt Ltd has its office on the 1st Floor of the A Wing in Konark Park Society. We are located on Bund Garden Road, right where it meets 60 Feet Road and Thimmaiah Road. It’s a busy intersection in Shiva Nagar, and being near the Dhole Patil Ganpati Mandir means there is always something happening outside. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for some desks, some filing cabinets, and a place to talk about projects. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and making phone calls to different sites. It can get a bit dusty with all the paperwork, and the coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the room. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist; it’s just us working through the daily list of things to do. Sometimes we’re out at a site and the office is quiet, and other times it’s a bit of a madhouse with people coming in and out. Being in the 411001 area keeps us central, but the traffic on Bund Garden Road can be a real test of patience. We just keep at it, managing the different parts of the construction work and making sure the details are sorted. It’s just a regular office where we do our best to stay organized. It's mostly about the drawings, the schedules, and the phone calls here in the office.
