R M Dhariwal Sinhgad Spring Dale School

This school is out in Shirur, specifically at Gat No 37/1 and 37/2. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from Pune city, but it’s where we are. The area is more open than the city, which is nice when the wind blows. We’ve got the school building set up there, and it’s pretty much what you’d expect. We have the usual issues like a projector not working or needing more chalk. It’s not a high-tech lab environment; it’s a school in Shirur. People around here know the Dhariwal name. We just focus on the basics. The building stays pretty cool even when it’s hot outside, which is a relief. We spend time in the office dealing with admissions and parents dropping by to ask questions. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. In the evenings, once the buses leave, the place gets very still. It’s just the watchman and the empty classrooms until the next morning. It’s a steady kind of life we have out here on the Gat numbers in Shirur.
