We've been here on Shivaji Road for quite some time now. Being so close to Mahatma Phule Mandai means it’s always busy around here. You can hear the market noise while you sit inside Pyasa Restaurant And Bar. It’s just a regular place where people from Shukrawar Peth come to grab a drink and some food after a long day of work. The building is old but it stays cool inside. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything. It’s mostly just wooden tables and the smell of whatever is cooking in the back. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but nobody really minds. We get a lot of regulars who have been coming here for years. They know where they like to sit. It gets crowded on weekends when people are out shopping in the peth. We just keep things moving, making sure the orders go out. The kitchen stays busy until late. It's not a quiet spot, but it's ours. We see all kinds of people walking past the door every day. Pune has changed a lot, but this corner feels the same as it always did. If you're looking for a spot that isn't trying too hard to be modern, we're here. Just a simple bar and restaurant for the local crowd. Nothing more to it. We keep the lights a bit low and the fans running. It’s just how we like it.
