Pushakraj Food Products

We started Pushakraj Food Products here in Alandi. It’s a small operation. We spend most days sorting out ingredients and making sure everything looks right before it goes out. Alandi is a busy place, so there's always something to do. We don't have a big fancy office, just the workspace where the magic happens. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a big order, but we manage. My brother helps out with the packing, and my cousin handles some of the deliveries. We've been here for a while now. People know where to find us. It’s not just a job, it’s how we spend our time. We wake up early to get a head start. The machinery can be loud, but you get used to it. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the food is handled properly. There's no secret formula or anything, just hard work. We buy what we need locally when possible. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon, but we keep the doors open. If you walk by, you'll see us working. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that gets the job done every single day without too much fuss. We mostly focus on our own recipes. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to start over, but that is part of the process of making things by hand in a small shop like ours.
