Prince Mangal Karyalay

You can find Prince Mangal Karyalay over at 32/2 Gultekdi. We are actually on the 4th floor of the building. It’s right near the old Apsara Theatre. A lot of people in Pune know that landmark, so it helps with directions. Since we are on the fourth floor, it’s a bit quieter than being right on the street level, which is nice for functions. We mostly host weddings, family gatherings, and other small events. It’s not a luxury hall with gold-plated walls or anything like that. It’s just a big open space where people can gather and celebrate. We’ve had a lot of local families come through here over the years. Gultekdi is a busy area, so parking can sometimes be a bit of a puzzle for our guests, but we manage somehow. We handle the basic stuff like chairs and the hall setup. We aren’t wedding planners; we just provide the space for the day. Being near Apsara Theatre means there's always some life in the neighborhood. We spend our days showing the hall to people or cleaning up after a big party from the night before. It’s a lot of stairs if the lift is busy, but that’s just how it goes here. We have been in this spot for a long time, and we know most of the neighbors. It’s a simple, local business for local people, and that's just the way it is.
