You can find us at 36/B on Dr Rajkumar Road, right in the Prakash Nagar area of Koregaon Park. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. It’s a restaurant, so our lives revolve around the kitchen and the dining room. Trendy isn't really our goal. We just cook the food we know and serve it to whoever walks through the door. The street outside can get quite busy, especially in the evenings, so there is always a bit of a buzz around the entrance. Inside, we try to keep things steady. Some nights the kitchen is a bit slower than we’d like, and other nights everything goes perfectly. We don't have any corporate backers or big marketing budgets. It’s just us making sure the tables are set and the food is hot. We spend a lot of time on our feet, and by the end of the shift, we’re usually pretty tired. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we just keep doing what we do. We don't use fancy words to describe our food. It’s just a menu with stuff we like to eat. If you come by, you’ll see us working away, maybe fixing a wobbly table or talking to the delivery guys. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in Koregaon Park, and we’re okay with that. We just open the doors and see who comes in.
