This is the workspace of Prathamesh L Kalgaonkar, located at H-202 in Karve Nagar, Mavalli. It’s more of a personal professional setup than a big corporate office. Working from Karve Nagar is nice because it’s a residential area that still has plenty of life to it. Most of the work happens right here at the desk in room H-202. There isn't a team of assistants or a big lobby to wait in. When someone needs to get in touch or discuss something, it’s a direct conversation with me. I’ve lived and worked in this part of Mavalli for quite a while, so I know the streets and the local shops well. The pace of work here is steady. I don’t believe in overcomplicating things with fancy titles or confusing jargon. It’s just about getting the tasks done and keeping things organized. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit noisy with kids playing outside or the usual traffic, but it’s a good environment to be in. Being in a specific apartment like H-202 means things stay private and quiet enough for focus. People who come by usually appreciate that it’s a straightforward, no-nonsense setup. I just take things one day at a time, handling whatever comes across my desk and making sure everything is handled properly. It’s a local, honest way of doing business without any of the extra fluff you see in bigger cities. I find that being reachable and keeping it simple is the best way to keep things moving.
