Prashanti M Gadekar is based at 885/5 Deccan Gymkhana, specifically on the 12th Cross in the 4th Phase. This part of the city is quite well-known and has its own rhythm. It is just a place where we handle our daily tasks and meet whoever needs to see us. The 12th Cross is a nice enough street, and we like being part of the Deccan Gymkhana area. Our routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, check what needs to be done, and get to it. We don't use any corporate jargon or make big promises. It’s just about doing the job properly and making sure nothing gets missed. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up, but that’s just how it goes. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the 4th Phase. It’s easy to get to once you know the turns. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the work at hand without much distraction.
