Prajakta Jewellers

Our shop, Prajakta Jewellers, is tucked away at 35/1 in Vadgaon Sheri, specifically inside Saikrupa Society. We have been a part of this neighborhood for a long time now. It’s a small shop, and we mostly focus on traditional pieces and simple repairs. My wife and I run the place together, and we have seen a lot of local families grow up over the years. People come in when they need a ring resized or if they are looking for a small gift for a birthday or a festival. We don't have the big security guards or the flashy lights you see at the malls. It’s just a simple counter and some glass cases that we’ve had since the beginning. The street outside can get a bit loud with the traffic in Vadgaon Sheri, but inside it’s usually calm. We spend a lot of time talking to our customers about their families and what’s going on in the society. Trust is a big thing in the jewelry business, and we think staying in one place for so long helps with that. We don't do any fancy marketing or big sales events. We just open up every morning, polish the glass, and wait for our neighbors to stop by. It is a modest life, but we are happy to be a part of the local community here. Sometimes we even help out with small repairs for free if it’s just a loose clasp or something quick.
