Our place is located at PAP-S-33 in Chakan MIDC Phase II. It’s out in Savardari, which is part of the Khed area. Being in the industrial zone means we are surrounded by factories and big warehouses. Polenta Food Solutions India Private Limited fits right in there. We have a functional space that focuses on getting food solutions ready. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a nice lobby or plush chairs. We have metal desks and a lot of industrial equipment. The noise from the neighboring plants is constant, but you get used to it after a week. We mostly focus on the technical side of food production. It’s a lot of measuring and testing. We wear lab coats or aprons depending on what we are doing that day. The commute out to Chakan can be a bit much with all the truck traffic, but it’s where the work is. We’ve been here for a while now and know the local tea stalls pretty well. Our team is mostly local guys who know how to handle the machinery. We don't do much marketing or outreach. Most people who need us already know where we are. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We focus on the output and making sure the machines are running right. That’s what matters most in this part of town.
