Pawan Sweets

Pawan Sweets is located right by the Warje Jakat Naka on N D A Road. It is a high-traffic area, so we get a lot of people stopping in while they are driving through Warje. The shop has been here for a good while. We see the morning rush and then it slows down a bit until the evening time. It is just me and a couple of others working here most days. We keep things pretty straightforward. There is no big corporate office or anything like that. Just the counter and the kitchen in the back. The noise from N D A Road is something you get used to after a week or two. It is like a constant hum in the background of our lives. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass cases and arranging things so they look okay for the customers. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we do not complain much about it. People in the neighborhood know us by name now. They stop for a quick chat while they are picking something up. We do not do any big advertising. Word of mouth is mostly how people find us, or they just see us while waiting at the Jakat Naka. It is a practical way to run a business. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure we have everything ready before we open the door each morning.
