Parmeshwar Farsan House

Parmeshwar Farsan House is located near Warje Naka, along the Nda Road, specifically around the Maruti Darsha area. It’s a place where we spend most of our time frying and packing different kinds of snacks. The smell of hot oil and spices is something that never really leaves my clothes, but I’ve grown to like it. We make everything right here, from the sev to the gathiya. It’s a bit of a tight space, especially when we have big batches going on the stoves. My wife and our oldest daughter help with the packing while I handle the frying part. We get a lot of people stopping by on their way home, looking for something to have with their tea. The address can be a bit confusing for some because of how the roads connect near Hiranandani Gardens and the Nda route, but locals know where we are. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just put out the fresh bags on the counter and sell them until they’re gone. Sometimes we try out a new spice mix, and if people like it, we keep making it. It’s a very hands-on job, and our feet usually ache by the time we close up. But seeing people enjoy the snacks makes the long hours feel like they’re worth the effort. It's a modest living, and we're okay with that.
